Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile application Smart Kharcha Book (“App”), provided by Ashish Baghel Apps (“we”, “us”).

If you use the App on an Apple device, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies: Apple Standard EULA. If there is any conflict between these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA for iOS users, the Apple Standard EULA will prevail.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms and applicable store rules.

Subscription (Annual Plan)

The App offers one optional auto-renewable subscription: Annual Plan (removes ads). Subscription details (price, duration, and renewal terms) are shown in the purchase screen before you confirm payment.

Auto-renewal: Renews automatically unless canceled before the end of the current billing period.
Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID / Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
Manage / cancel: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device’s account settings:
- iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
- Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
Restores: If you reinstall the App or change devices, use “Restore Purchases” (if provided) or restore through your store account.
No refunds by us: Refund requests are handled by Apple/Google under their policies.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App in any unlawful manner.
Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the App’s security or functionality.
Use the App to distribute malicious code or abuse services.

Content & Intellectual Property

The App and all related content (including text, graphics, game content, and branding) are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works except as allowed by law.

Privacy

Please review our Privacy Policy . The Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the App.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
